How do I know which markets my plan enables?
Check markets entitlement in the console. Disabled markets return 403 MARKET_NOT_ENABLED. Upgrade or contact sales for Level / private deploy.
How should symbols be written?
US tickers like AAPL, A-share 6-digit codes like 600519, FX like EURUSD, crypto like BTCUSDT, continuous futures like ES1!. See the symbol guide tool.
Why is WebSocket quiet when the market is closed?
Local sessions differ; streams may be silent when closed. Align backtests with the trading calendar.
