Choose an integration path by use case

Trading terminals, analytics boards, strategy backtests, and AI agents share one API key and one JSON shape. The only split: live pushes on WebSocket; queries and backfills on REST.

Scenario vs endpoints

Pick a plan by whether you need live markets; quotas and entitlements follow the pricing page and console.

Shared foundation

Switch scenarios without changing how you connect—these rules apply on every endpoint.

Unified auth

Header X-API-Key, or Authorization: Bearer. Create multiple keys per environment and rotate anytime.

Unified response envelope

Every endpoint returns succ / data / msg / code; X-Request-Id on the response helps debugging.

Pushes not billed per tick

Only the WebSocket handshake counts toward daily quota and RPM; later ticks are not metered per message.

Predictable rate limits

Default RPM about Free 30, Growth 120, Pro 600, Enterprise 3000; on 429 back off using Retry-After.
