Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of the TIQEX website (tiqex.io), console, APIs, WebSocket streaming, and related product features.
These terms supplement any other agreement between you and TIQEX covering software, subscriptions, API credentials, market data, or related services. If another written agreement conflicts with these terms, the more specific or stricter provision applies.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not register, sign in, or continue using the service. If you accept on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
1. Scope of service
TIQEX provides market-data APIs, developer documentation, a user console, support tickets, and related technical capabilities to registered and paying users. The markets, quotas, historical depth, fields, and features available to you depend on your current plan and what is shown in the console.
We may adjust product lines, interface behavior, pricing, and features based on operations, compliance, licensing scope, or technical conditions, and we will provide notice within a reasonable scope through the website, console, or email.
2. Accounts, credentials, and security
You must register with accurate and contactable information and must protect login credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, and other access tokens. Do not disclose or share them with unauthorized parties.
You are responsible for risks and losses caused by poor credential hygiene, internal access control failures, or malicious third-party use. TIQEX may throttle, freeze, reset credentials, or suspend service if abnormal sign-ins, key leakage, attacks, or abusive calls are detected.
3. Data sources and market data
TIQEX delivers quotes, candles, trades, and related fields for stocks, forex, crypto, futures, and other asset classes through our own collection systems, licensed channels, and publicly available market information. Coverage, update frequency, field granularity, and historical depth vary by product and are shown in the console and official documentation.
To protect commercial arrangements, system security, and compliance requirements, we do not disclose specific upstream data vendors, access nodes, partner identities, or internal routing details in customer-facing websites, documentation, console surfaces, or support replies.
You understand that market data is provided for informational reference only. It does not constitute investment advice, trading instructions, legal advice, or any other professional opinion. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Data may be delayed, interrupted, missing, duplicated, merged, adjusted differently, converted across time zones, or inconsistent with native exchange presentation. TIQEX provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not guarantee identical output to any single exchange or feed, nor zero latency, zero loss, or uninterrupted availability.
Without written permission from siteName, you may not redistribute, resell, expose as a public API, mirror, publicly republish, or use the data to train or repackage a competing derivative product. Use WebSocket for live scenarios; REST is intended for queries, backfill, and non-continuous use.
5. Acceptable use

- Using the website or service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Using TIQEX content to compete with TIQEX products, as a substitute for them, or in any way that diminishes their value;

- Using the website or service in any way that compromises the security or integrity of any network, computer, communication system, software application, or computing device, or otherwise attempting to disrupt or tamper with TIQEX servers;

6. Right to monitor the platform
TIQEX has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor activity on the website and service and to investigate any violation of these terms or abuse of the platform. If you discover any violation or abuse, you must notify us immediately and provide assistance as requested to stop or correct it.
TIQEX will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies or court orders requiring or directing TIQEX to disclose the identity of anyone who posted information or materials, or to help identify or locate those persons. TIQEX also has the right, but not the obligation, to refuse or remove any communications from the website or service, or to terminate or deny access for any reason.
TIQEX has no obligation to enforce these terms against other users on your behalf and reserves the right to take appropriate action in its sole discretion.
7. Intellectual property
The website, console, documentation, interface design, branding, software code, and the data structures and presentation produced by TIQEX are protected by applicable law. Except as expressly authorized here, no rights are granted to you.
Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the core programs, rule engines, or underlying implementation of the service.
8. Third-party links and services
Our website or console may contain links to third-party websites, payment pages, sign-in providers, or communication tools. Those services are operated independently, and their content and privacy practices are not directly governed by these terms. You use them at your own risk.
9. Privacy
Your provision and use of personal information is governed by the TIQEX Privacy Policy. By using the service, you understand and agree that we process information as described there. The Privacy Policy is available on the website.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIQEX and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or investment losses.
These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your jurisdiction does not allow certain exclusions, those provisions apply only to the extent required by law.
11. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update these terms, features, pricing, or service content at any time. Material changes may be announced on the website, in the console, or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you materially violate these terms, affect platform security, or harm other users, we may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the service. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time.
12. Contact us
If you have questions about these terms, data-source statements, your account, or your subscription, contact us through the support page or [email protected].
