Calculation basis
- Daily REST calls⌈symbols ÷ batch size⌉ × (poll hours × 3600 ÷ interval) + other REST + WebSocket handshakes.
- WebSocket countingStream handshake counts toward daily quota and RPM; ticks after connect are not billed per message. Reconnect = another handshake.
- Peak RPM⌈symbols ÷ batch⌉ × max(1, 60 ÷ interval) + connections (all handshakes in the same minute). Backfill bursts excluded; over limit returns 429—back off per Retry-After.
- Plan numbersDaily cap and monthly quota come from the backend plan API (/api/v1/plans) and apply together; RPM and WS caps come from the WebSocket docs, marked approximate—console entitlements prevail.
