Level 1 vs Level 2 Quotes

Dashboards usually need Level 1. Market making and impact analysis need depth.

Level 1

Last price and best bid/ask. Low bandwidth, low latency — enough for most terminals.

Multiple book levels for liquidity analysis. Often enterprise or specific market entitlements.

Level2 usually needs higher plans or enterprise deals; confirm in console to avoid 403.
